These past few weeks of leave have been making me extremely lerthegic. Besides watching TV, my favourite past-time to while time away are sleeping and eating. Thus, under the cajoling of LiLi, I decided to head to ECP with her for some cycling activity. Actually I dont need much cajoling from Lili since I've thinking of going to ECP as well and also, I love ECP! I simply love to feel the wind against my face, the feel of the sun on my skin and the feel of happiness when I see people enjoying themselves. It's during moments like this when I realise that simplicity can also be one of life's "luxury". :)
Anyway, the Bedok Jetty is definitely not a place to be missed when you are at ECP. It always facinate me to see the number of passionate people fishing there despite the scorching hot sun. While resting at the jetty, I came across this school of fishes that were hiding under the shade. There were a few people lining their baits to hook these fishes. While I do not recognise these fishes to be edible, I really wonder why on earth would these people want to bait these fishes. I remembered someone telling me that once you released the fishes from the hook, they will still gradually die. I think fishing is kind of a cruel past-time. Imagine the pain the fishes have to suffer before they die a long and painful death.
Here are some radom shots anyway..
Lili and my sister taking a break after an hour of cycling and lili blading..
While taking a break, we came across this sandcastle.. Beautiful right?this snadcastle was built by the people who owes the castle below..
Me and Lili taking a shot in front of the sandcastle.. I bought the pair of shorts when I was still in secondary school.. To think i can still fit into them now.. hahaha
Yupz, this is the castle that i was talking about earlier on.. curious to find out which organisation actually builds sandcastle? scroll down to find out more..
Ta-deh!! If I'm not mistaken, this organisation is named Castle Beach and they have build numerous sandcastles..
In light of the recent spate of drowing cases in Singapore. I have taken down these 2 pictures to help create awareness about what they can do to help people in trouble..
